Jo Bealey is a qualified counselling and Attachment-based psychotherapist (registered BACP and Australian Counselling Association). She offers insightful and compassionate counselling sessions both in-person and online, for couples and individuals.

Attachment & Relationship Therapy

Attachment & Relationship Therapy provides a warm, supportive space to gently explore stuck emotions, patterns, and triggers, heal past wounds, and build relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and nurturing.
